Shipping within India

We currently ship QADARI products across India, subject to courier service availability at the delivery address.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within [1–2 business days] after successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information may be shared through email/SMS/WhatsApp, depending on the available service.

Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect address or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.

Damaged Package

If the package appears seriously damaged at delivery, please take photographs/videos and contact QADARI as soon as possible.
